Abstract

The theory and practice of the corporate financing decision are the subject of this annotated classified bibliography. For the purpose of definition and treatment of the field, the compilers have had to allow for the following:

• (a) the growing conceptual unity of the subject as a whole;

• (b) the interdependence of sub-problems within the subject;

• (c) the need to include in any serious statement of the field works which link it to its source and related disciplines.
