Abstract
It is, of course, necessary to provide adequate access between any airport and the region it serves. This is usually done by building short connections between the airport and the metropolitan highway network. Passengers, employees and delivery vehicles can then get to and from the airport using any of the broad array of automotive means of transport available in the area: cars, buses, taxis, trucks, and so on.
