Summary
Starting from the difficulties in the determination of cutting data, the support of this planning task by an information centre for cutting data is presented. The way of acquisition of cutting data is shown as well as the information service given by the centre to the industrial users. After presenting the stage of development carried out by the WZL, an example proves the successful use of the information centre.
