Abstract

Business organisations spend considerable sums of money on building, maintaining and projecting their firm’s image. Handsome buildings, decor and furniture, beautiful receptionists and glossy literature all help to impress clients with a picture of a flourishing, progressive concern. More mundane perhaps, but just as vital in projecting an image of efficiency and helpfulness, are the letters sent out by an organisation.
