Abstract

An organisation cannot succeed without good human relations. A body which pays insufficient attention to good human relations can be recognised by its high labour turnover and the inefficient, disinterested work of its employees. An employee needs satisfaction from the work itself and happiness in his/her relations with fellow employees. She needs to know what is expected of her, what her responsibilities and authority are, and what constitutes a job well done. She needs to feel that her efforts are appreciated and that what she is doing is of value to the organisation.
