On A4 paper, type a copy of the following letter which gives the detailed letter layout designed to fit this Company’s headed notepaper. The three ‘dots’ referred to, printed on the stationery, line up with blocked headings; the dots will be obliterated by the typing of the first letter or figure. Note that the first line of the addressee is punctuated but the rest has no punctuation and that there are commas inserted after the salutation and complimentary close. Leave 9 line-spaces for the printed heading.
