Global Responsibility: What Governments and Individuals Should Do
As this may well prove to be an historic event—the first international conference to discuss the environmental crisis and future in a planetary context—we should express thanks to the highest governmental and other authorities of Finland for sponsoring such an ambitious and auspicious conclave.
