Abstract

Mr Shonfield introduced the paper by Mr Brittan saying that it raised a number of questions and Mr Brittan chased a number of his favourite ideas. He only chased them for a short distance, and had explained that he felt strictly bound by the space limit imposed on paper writers. This eccentricity should be explained to the more self-indulgent members of the Round Table. However, because of this conciseness some issues needed expanding.
