Abstract
Because it is necessary that every minister should be able to teach sound doctrine by the true interpretation of the Word, and to confute all contrary errors, by unanswerable arguments and reasons, these two means following may seem to be very requisite for the attaining unto the aforesaid principal gifts of the ministry.
