Abstract
There’s more to family education than curriculum. Just as journalists have to include the who, what, when, where, why, and how in their stories, planners have to include additional specific elements in their education programs to make the effort succeed. The “what” is primarily the curriculum, which we discussed at length in Chapter 3. The additional elements about which we receive questions most often are:
-
How often?
-
Who attends?
-
Who teaches?
-
Who is “dean”?
-
Who pays?
-
What venues?
-
What expectations?
Let’s take these one by one.
