Abstract
At the start of this manual, we set out to develop a roadmap to make it easier for companies and their service providers to tackle one of the hardest parts of Vested Outsourcing: crafting a business-to-business agreement that not only formally binds the companies through a contract but establishes the ten foundational elements for a successful business relationship.
