Abstract
You have now learned about design institutes, construction companies, and industrial parks and how to establish a foreign-investment enterprise in China. We have also covered sourcing equipment in China and importing new or used equipment into China. The final step is to construct your building, get that equipment installed, and start making product. There are three options to consider:
-
Install the equipment in an existing facility (leased or purchased) suitable for your operations.
-
Work with a developer to construct a new facility, meeting the requirements that will be owned by the developer and leased by you.
-
Construct a new facility meeting the requirements, where you are the investor and owner of the building.
