Abstract
Strandian poetics has revealed itself through the course of the poet’s corpus, and a revisitation of his entire work here should attend to the transformations Strand has undergone in the latest part of his career. If Strand is to be viewed as a strong poet, careful study of the influence of his earlier work on his later work should be undertaken to understand how in the latter the refinement of his poetic philosophy and technique exhibit a poet at the pinnacle of his craft.
