Abstract
This chapter is intended to support family councils and their chairs in the development and use of supporting committees and task forces. It provides definitions and descriptions of how to use committees efficiently and effectively and be respectful of family dynamics in doing so. The chapter concludes with examples and descriptions of common committees and task forces as well as some that are not so common.
