Abstract
Families thrive on quality information and choke on the perception of a lack of transparency. Making a family governance process work at a high level requires vigilance by those communicating important information to ensure that great ideas and progress and news of any kind are disseminated properly. This simple task of passing on useful information builds trust in the system, which speeds up decision making and decreases hidden and real conflict in families.
