Abstract

An 86-year-old was admitted to hospital with a history of right upper quadrant pain. Clinically he was hypotensive and a diagnosis of sepsis was made. Ultrasound showed stones in the common bile duct. A CXR was performed as part of his initial assessment (Image 1).
