Abstract
Intra-abdominal hypertension is potentially fatal if left untreated. Although the imaging features of this entity are nonspecific, knowledge of the typical radiologic manifestations in combination with the appropriate clinical indicators, often enables recognizing the possibility of increased intra-abdominal pressure and expedite lifesaving decompression.
