Abstract

Laparoscopic and robot-assisted distal ureteral reconstruction techniques and outcomes are well described. In this chapter, we summarize our surgical technique for reconstruction of non-malignant ureteral strictures. We detail ureteroneocystotomy, psoas hitch, and Boari flap procedures. Preoperative and postoperative considerations are presented.
