Abstract
A 50-year-old female was seen in A/E with acute abdominal pain. Her erect chest X-ray was unremarkable. Her full blood count showed a low HB of 8 g/dL, with raised white count (25) and platelet count (690). MDCT of her abdomen and pelvis was performed.
