Abstract

A 70-year-old patient with a history of open aortic aneurysm repair presented with haematemesis. The patient was shocked. OGD revealed a large amount of blood in the stomach and duodenum, but the cause was not demonstrated and MDCT (intravenous contrast but no oral contrast) was performed (Image 1 axial and Image 2 sagittal).
