Abstract

A 55-year-old female who had previously received a renal transplant presented with intermittent central abdominal pain. An MDCT of the abdomen was performed with oral and intravenous contrast (Image 1 axial of upper abdomen). Comparison with a previous MDCT performed for haematuria some months earlier was made (Image 2 axial of upper abdomen).
