Abstract

An 80-year-old male was seen in medical outpatients. He gave a short history of a burning abdominal pain. There was no history of change of appetite or weight loss. Routine bloods showed a mild anaemia. An upper GI endoscopy and MDCT of the abdomen are arranged.
