Abstract

A 70-year-old woman underwent cholecystectomy for symptomatic gall stone disease. Post-operatively she developed a biliary leak, which is managed by endoscopic biliary stenting and external drainage of a gall bladder fossa collection. The external drain dried up but then restarted draining. A CT of the abdomen and pelvis is performed.
