Abstract

A 20-year-old woman with suspected gallstones underwent US. This revealed a subtle iso-echoic mass distorting the adjacent intra-hepatic vessels in the right lobe of the liver. An MRI enhanced with Gadolinium-BOPTA was performed (Image 1, T1; Image 2, T2; Image 3, arterial phase; Image 4, portal venous phase; Image 5, equilibrium phase; and Image 6, hepatobiliary phase).
