Abstract

A 65-year-old female, previously fit and well, ­presented with non-specific abdominal pain and was referred for upper abdominal US. This was ­­abnormal and therefore MRCP was requested (Image 1, T2 axial image of the upper abdomen and Image 2, MIP of the biliary and pancreatic ductal systems).
