A 65-year-old female, previously fit and well, presented with non-specific abdominal pain and was referred for upper abdominal US. This was abnormal and therefore MRCP was requested (Image 1, T2 axial image of the upper abdomen and Image 2, MIP of the biliary and pancreatic ductal systems).
