Abstract
In this chapter, we use examples adapted from the published literature to illustrate the practical application of decision analytical methods. For both examples, we use the TreeAge Pro Suite software package (TreeAge Software inc., Williamstown, Massachusetts, USA). By using these methods, we hope that the reader will be able to construct more complex decision analytical models to address clinical problems in their own practice.
