Abstract

LTS sustainable development management IT software system can be divided into three software complexes: (1) technical analysis complex, (2) economical analysis complex, and (3) development dynamic optimization complex. According to these complexes, Chap. 10 is subdivided into tree sections. Section 10.1 describes (1) formation technique of development state and operating state, (2) calculation of power flow and voltage, (3) calculation of switchgear reliability, (4) calculation of transmission network reliability, and (5) calculation of electric energy annual balance. Section 10.2 describes (1) formation of development plan, (2) development plan economic comparison, (3) economic criteria and their calculation algorithms, (4) sensitivity analysis of development plans. Section 10.3 describes development dynamic optimization complex’s structure and functions: used optimization criteria, limitations, methods and algorithms. In the process of sustainable development management, optimization is performed in uncertainty condition. Therefore, in optimization complex, optimization result risk analysis is of great importance.
