Abstract
In this section, we temporarily relax the principle of describing only proved theorems and not any conjectures. The question addressed in the little is a very delicate one and it has only been answered for specific, isolated one-parameter families of maps. Our description will thus be inspired by the experience one has collect in proving these isolated facts.
