Abstract
One might ask why those men who are intact with an exposed glans are happy about their genital heritage while many circumcised men with an exposed glans seek restoration and are challenged by other significant related issues. The answer should be obvious, in that the latter were violated by having had their penis surgically denuded without their consent.
