Abstract
A group of 80 kidney graft recipients was studied for HLA immunization after loss of graft function. Sera were screened (1) by the classical lymphocytotoxicity technique using PBMC, CLL cells and normal B cells isolated with magnetic beads, with and without DTT and before and after platelet adsorption to remove class I antibodies and (2) by ELISA techniques.
