Immunological sensors

Immunological sensors (or immunosensors) exploit the recognition involved in the coupling of an antigen with an antibody. This property can be associated with a variety of measuring techniques, which entail either the direct measurement of parameters resulting from the coupling, or the amplification of the coupling by enzymatic labelling.
