Abstract
All citizens in a civilized country have a feeling of social responsibility. Some, owing to their professional activity, are more involved than others in this moral commitment. Physicians no longer restrict their interest to the pathology of cases, but increasingly related this to the patient’s social, cultural and psychological background, setting themselves the important objective of a continuous effort of prevention.
