Abstract
There are a variety of debt financing sources currently available in the international financial markets for project financing. Some of them have equity features, such as convertible bonds and bonds with warrants or are purely “plain vanilla” debt instruments, such as Eurobonds, Euro commercial paper, floating-rate notes and Euro medium-term notes. Perhaps, one of the most important international debt sources for project financing has been the syndicated international bank loans, also known as Eurocredits.
