Abstract

The quality of working life in the Netherlands can — as was said in section 3.3 — be divided into four main dimensions, namely the job content, working conditions, labour relations and employment conditions. These four dimensions may be further subdivided into a number of concrete aspects of the work situation that can affect health both physically and psychologically.
