Color Vision For Complex Visual Tasks

Abstract
Color plays an important role in almost all visual tasks. Without thinking much about it, we are continuously engaged in decision processes that are all driven by color information input. Crossing an intersection, selecting a fruit or vegetable at the market, deciding whether the bread in the oven is ready, are just a small sample of all those tasks that are primarily decided upon based on color analysis.
