A 2-year-old boy presented with anemia, thrombocytopenia, and pyelonephritis. CT scan showed splenomegaly and a retroperitoneal mass. An excisional biopsy was performed on the retroperitoneal mass. The histologic features are illustrated in Figs. 76.1, 76.2, 76.3 and 76.4.
