A 75-year-old man presented with multiple episodes of loss of consciousness, right-sided headaches, and retro-orbital pain over the previous year. The patient had received three cadaveric kidney transplants; the most recent one was six years prior to presentation. Some episodes were accompanied with facial drooping.
