Abstract
A 50-year-old man presented with a 0.4 cm basal cell carcinoma of the left infratip lobule encroaching on the nostril margin. He had a basal cell carcinoma removed from the right nasal dorsum a year earlier. The dorsum had been repaired with a full-thickness skin graft. He did not use tobacco products.
