Planck’s Law Simulation Using Particle Systems

The nature phenomena simulation has always appeared among the greatest Computer Graphics challenges. One of the mainly developed solutions for the representation of such phenomena types was the Particle System model. Several effects were proposed, starting with the application of this method. However, some problems, such as the black body radiation, still await simulation solutions. This chapter responds to such a need by presenting a simulation proposal of black body radiation through an analysis of mathematical, physics and computational concepts applied on the Particle Systems model.
