Take a long look in your refrigerator. Much of what you need for dinner tonight is likely to be in there. Refrigerators can preserve foods for a long time, but eventually most foods go bad, leading to some interesting science experiments if foods are left in the fridge for too long. The mold growing on your cheese may provide a nice color contrast, but it’s going to have to be tossed.
