Noncalcified Retinoblastoma

DJ is a 2-year-old child who was noted by his parents to have a “wandering eye.” He was taken to his ophthalmologist who noted a 30-prism diopter left exotropia. He was unable to see a red reflex in the left eye. The fundus of the right eye was normal. He referred the child for echography.
