CDL is a 7-year-old boy who presented to his pediatrician with a history of pain and eyelid swelling around his right eye for several days. The clinical diagnosis of acute sinusitis with early orbital cellulitis was made and he was admitted to the hospital for intravenous (IV) antibiotic therapy.
