Choroiditis and Vogt–Koyanagi–Harada Syndrome

DR was a 27-year-old man of Middle Eastern extraction who complained of severe headaches and some neck pain. He had noted several patches of depigmentation on his skin and some whitening of eyelashes. He also mentioned blotchy vision worsening over the past several weeks. Clinical examination found subretinal fluid inferiorly in the right eye. B-scan demonstrated choroidal thickening and mild echolucency in subtenon’s space (Fig. 139). There was medium internal reflectivity on A-scan (Fig. 140).
