AA is a 75-year-old woman who presented with a fleshy temporal conjunctival lesion that had been enlarging over several months. It was initially diagnosed as a pterygium, but echography was performed and revealed low reflective thickening of the lateral rectus muscle (Fig. 80). The differential diagnosis included orbital lymphoma that was confirmed on biopsy.
