This section aims to provide a guide to orbital imaging as related to orbital disease. Imaging of the visual pathway as a whole will not be covered; this is covered in several excellent neurophthalmological texts. However, in the context of some diseases (e.g., optic nerve meningioma, trauma, etc.), the assessment of extraorbital pathology and structural change must be considered.
