TI is a 13-year-old girl who presented to a screening clinic with moderate swelling of her right upper and lower eyelids. She was quite uncomfortable and had gotten worse over 2 weeks. Examination found 2+ lid edema and erythema on the right with normal appearance of the globe and a full range of extraocular movements.
