Choroidal Melanoma Treated with Radioactive Plaque

WP is a 52-year-old man who complained of a shadow in his right eye for several months. He went initially to an optometrist, who could not improve his vision with refraction and documented a depression on automated perimetry in his temporal field of vision. Ophthalmoscopy revealed a darkly pigmented nasal tumor. The patient was referred for echography.
