RC is a 2-year-old girl with a history of a vascular lesion involving the left upper lid and anterior orbit. It was diagnosed as a capillary hemangioma and intralesional injection of steroids was recommended to the parents because the tumor was enlarging rapidly and threatening to obstruct the visual axis. The child was referred for echography to substantiate the diagnosis and direct the steroid injection.
