Abstract
This paper discusses different types of Stakeholders of F/LOSS, their needs, the value, usage, and obligations that stakeholders have for different types of F/LOSS licenses. Stakeholders include Developers: Individuals, Projects, Embedded Systems. Vendors: Dominant, Niche, F/LOSS. Packagers. End Users. Organisations: Disseminators, Internally, Externally Used.
