Abstract
This procedure is useful in entropion repair when there is a small amount of lid laxity that does not warrant a tarsal strip. I will describe a suture- fixation technique that stabilizes the lateral aspect of the tarsus to the firmly attached pretarsal muscle at the lateral orbital rim. I use this technique whenever there is minimal lid laxity.
